You Can't Spell America without Erica- has a white glow in the dark glitter base with pink, turquoise and white mini chunk glitter throughout. 

This dip is inspired by Stranger Things.   It is a part of the TV Inspired Collection.

Dip powder must be used with dip liquids or a gel base coat, gel top coat, and UV light.

Chunky glitters/foils can be difficult to work with. Be sure to press the flakes into place and to remove any ones that poke up. Pressing down the glitter/foil with a sandwich bag can sometimes make the process easier. It is recommended to top glitters and foils with one to two layers of clear dip powder for an even finish.
