Refund policy

Due to sanitary and safety standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless items become damaged during shipping and/or arrive defective. 

Please contact us through the OG Dip Powder Crew on Facebook for tips, tricks, and lots of information to get you started.  Please read all directions before use.

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.  If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.  Please email us at ogdippowder@gmail.com.  Please be sure to provide your order number as well as photos and videos to help us better understand the situation.  

Refunds will appear on the original form of payment.  It can take anywhere from 3-7 business days to process.  

Please take the time to read each description carefully before any purchase is made.  We show various pictures to and examples to represent the colors/items for sale, but colors may vary based on your monitor settings and lighting.  

If a product has been discontinued and it is damaged during shipping there is a chance that the product will not be able to be replaced.  Instead, you will receive a refund of the same value.

Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

OG Dip Powder, LLC is not responsible for lost/damaged packages through USPS.  Please be sure to contact your local USPS Office/ USPS.com to file a missing claim and/or damaged form.  Contact OG Dip Powder as well to assist through the process.
