Shipping policy

We typically ship products within 10 business days of the order. Outside of launches and restocks, shipping is closer to 5 business days.

Orders are filled by order number regardless of the size of the order or location. Status will remain unfulfilled online while processing.  Tracking information is emailed once shipping labels have been printed.

Once orders are processing they cannot be altered or cancelled.

Multiple orders to the same address are not guaranteed to be combined.
