This dip is a part of the Neon Highlighter Inspired Collection.  

It is only offered in sample size.

 It can be used with dip liquids and just dip into it or gels can be used and it can be chromed over itself.  This is only offered in sample size.  It is much more expensive than a typical dip due to the cost of chrome pigment.

Dip powder must be used with dip liquids or a gel base coat, gel top coat, and UV light.

Chunky glitters/foils can be difficult to work with. Be sure to press the flakes into place and to remove any ones that poke up. Pressing down the glitter/foil with a sandwich bag can sometimes make the process easier. It is recommended to top glitters and foils with one to two layers of clear dip powder for an even finish.
