So what am I supposed to do?-has a glow in the dark pink base with black foils throughout.

So What Am I supposed to do? has the same base color as I am Definitely the Boss and Oh No You Didn't (this one has shimmer the other two don't)

Dip powder must be used with dip liquids or a gel base coat, gel top coat, and UV light.

Chunky glitters/foils can be difficult to work with. Be sure to press the flakes into place and to remove any ones that poke up. Pressing down the glitter/foil with a sandwich bag can sometimes make the process easier. It is recommended to top glitters and foils with one to two layers of clear dip powder for an even finish.
