I Can See Clearly Now is a clear rubber base gel.

Rubber base is much more flexible than BG! Some people will thin nails find it better for them with adhesion and long term wear time! This rubber base does not self level like BG, you need to take more time to apply it evenly than compared to BG. If you’ve been doing BG for a while and have that down and want a new challenge- you will love rubber base!
