Dip powder must be used with dip liquids or a gel base coat, gel top coat, and UV light.
For external use only. If an allergic reaction should occur, discontinue use and consult with a licensed physician.
Chunky glitters/foils can be difficult to work with. Be sure to press the flakes into place and to remove any ones that poke up. Pressing down the glitter/foil with a sandwich bag can sometimes make the process easier. It is recommended to top glitters and foils with one to two layers of clear dip powder for an even finish.
