Fra-Gee-Lay Nail Dip Powder

Fra-Gee-Lay is a foil dip powder with a clear base. It contains red and silver pieces of foil throughout. You can use it as an overlay on top of another dip powder and use one dip of the powder. You can also build it up to be more opaque with multiple dips. 

This dip is inspired by A Christmas Story.  It is a part of the Movie Inspired Collection.
