Does Barry Manilow Know You Raid His Wardrobe? shares the same blue base that glows with Whereever You Go, There You Are, Can I Get an Alcohol?, Blue Bug, and Sike!.

Does Barry Manilow Know You Raid His Wardrobe? may not match perfectly with the other glow neon blue bases.  The added flakes may change the overall color of the base.

The glow dip powders may need to be "charged" in a light to get them to glow in the dark, but a lamp can be used. Make sure to shake the jar before dipping to enhance the glowing effect.

Dip powder must be used with dip liquids or a gel base coat, gel top coat, and UV light.

Chunky glitters/foils can be difficult to work with. Be sure to press the flakes into place and to remove any ones that poke up. Pressing down the glitter/foil with a sandwich bag can sometimes make the process easier. It is recommended to top glitters and foils with one to two layers of clear dip powder for an even finish.
