Wishful Make-Upping! is a neon glow pink base with various shades of flakes throughout.

May I Admire You Again Today? is a neon pink color shifting chunky glitter and glitter shards

Wishful Make-Upping, Oh No You Didn't, I am Definitely The Boss, and So What Am I Supposed To do all share the same base.  

Wishful Make-Upping may vary in color a bit from the other neon glow bases due to the addition of flakes.

This dip is inspired by Pretty In Pink and 80s Movie Quotes.  It is a part of the Movie Inspired Collection and Neon Collection 

The glow dip powders may need to be "charged" in a light to get them to glow in the dark, but a lamp can be used. Make sure to shake the jar before dipping to enhance the glowing effect.

Dip powder must be used with dip liquids or a gel base coat, gel top coat, and UV light.

Chunky glitters/foils can be difficult to work with. Be sure to press the flakes into place and to remove any ones that poke up. Pressing down the glitter/foil with a sandwich bag can sometimes make the process easier. It is recommended to top glitters and foils with one to two layers of clear dip powder for an even finish.
